Estes Park EDC Welcomes New Board Members
The Estes Park Economic Development Corporation (Estes Park EDC) recently welcomed two new board members. Tina Harlow joins the Board as a representative Marys Lake Lodge and Paul Pewterbaugh is joining as the business owner Fall River Village.
Paul Pewterbaugh is a passionate and integrity-driven entrepreneur, business manager/builder, private equity investor, and commercial real estate developer with more than 25 years of senior-level executive leadership experience in multiple industries. As a real estate developer, Paul has developed or re-developed more than $75M worth of projects across a wide range of asset classes from medical office buildings to resort accommodation. In Estes Park, he owns the Fall River Village Resort (an 89 unit luxury condo and townhome resort) and is presently working on a project to build 94 work-force housing apartments.
Tina Harlow travels back to Estes Park for the third time and her second time to serve on the EDC Board and hopes to be able to contribute her time, energy and experience to the board and the community. Her travels in the Lodging Industry have taken her to The Hotel Crescent Court, Dallas; Caneel Bay, St. John; The Houstonian, Houston; Hotel Philips, Kansas City; The Lodge at Koele, Hawaii; The Stanley Hotel, Estes Park; The Providence Biltmore Hotel; Providence; Casa Del Mar, Cabo; The Mansion on Forsyth Park, Savannah; Ventana Inn & Spa, Big Sur; Paws Up, Montana; El Monte Sagrado, Taos; The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs; and Lake Austin Spa Resort, Austin. She was born, raised and worked in the theater until 1989 when she started a catering company, before selling it and entering the lodging arena.
Estes Park EDC plans for and promotes the economic development of the Estes Valley in ways that are compatible with those qualities that make Estes Park a unique mountain community. The Corporation shall use and promote the tools of economic development to create a more dynamic, multi-generational community to the benefit of all citizens.
